Returns Exchanges

Lily Style Loft gladly accepts returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online “within 7 days” you received the item(s). Returns MUST be postmarked within 7 days of the order delivering to you. *Returns must be in new condition.

Overview: All returns and exchanges must be shipped back “within 7 days” you received the item. Returns and exchanges are for website credit only and issued via email as a E-Gift Card. Items are to be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned in their original packaging where possible. Final Sale Items are NOT eligible for return. See List below. Orders cannot be changed, modified or cancelled after checkout.


Final Sale Items:
Sale items, jewelry, accessories, hats, purses, shoes and personal items such as leggings and camis. No returns, refunds or online credits are available for final sale items of any price.

Eligible returns and exchanges are for website credit only. Website credit is issued in the form of a E-Gift card. No refunds will be issued. Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. All items are inspected on return. Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer as Final Sale.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your E-Gift card to be issued. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. If you do not see your E-Gift card in your email box, please check your spam/junk folder.

Customer is in charge of return and exchange shipping.



Defective Items:
If you have received a defective item, please contact Customer Care here within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of you receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our store is attempted
