Lily Style Loft will keep you informed of your order status by email and all tracking information will be emailed to the email used to place the order once your order has been shipped. As of now we do not ship out of the US. All orders generally require 24 - 48 hours processing time before shipping. Please call or email to inquire about expedited shipping. We currently use USPS Ground for shipping. Standard shipping typically will arrive within 2 - 5 business days.


Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes, we would love to help you order over the phone. To speed up the process, please have product name(s) of the piece(s) you want to purchase on hand when you call. We look forward to hearing from you!


In the event your order is not available you will be offered alternatives or the option to receive a full refund for the item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your merchandise for a full refund within 10 days. Items must be postmarked within 10 days of the original shipping date. All tags must be in place and the product must not show any signs of wear or damage. If you do receive a defective item please contact us immediately, that way we can get a replacement sent out to you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

At Lily Style Loft, our biggest goal is to serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better.
